初心不變
時(shí)光倒退30年，這里是一家經(jīng)營(yíng)面積200平、名不見(jiàn)經(jīng)傳的街邊小店，只售賣木材、鐵皮等產(chǎn)品，單一地服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)建材。今天，這里不但是集現(xiàn)代化、智能化、綠色化于一體的連鎖超市，更發(fā)展為覆蓋上萬(wàn)種建材家居產(chǎn)品的連鎖集團(tuán)，在巴布亞新幾內(nèi)亞六大省份擁有12家連鎖分店、2個(gè)分撥中心。
Thirty years ago, a small shop in a space of 200 square meters open its doors to sell timbers, roofing iron and few other basic hardware needs and was little known there then. Today, it is not only a modern, intelligent, greener Hardware and Home centre supermarket chain, it now has a wide selection of building materials and home furnishing products. It has 12 chain stores and 2 distribution centers in 6 Provinces in Papua New Guinea.
30年蝶變
從此，中國(guó)建材海外連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的夢(mèng)想之路揚(yáng)帆起航，時(shí)間在摸索中碰撞，日復(fù)一日鐫刻出BNBM30年奮斗模樣。
Since then, CNBM's envisions to contemplate on the diversification of our overseas business as hardware and home centre chain business has set sail, in the last 30 years, our efforts were to set our time in the right direction and the path for this business to become successful.
這30年，我們從市場(chǎng)新秀到行業(yè)龍頭，從1家舊貨倉(cāng)到12家店面和2個(gè)調(diào)撥中心，我們通過(guò)產(chǎn)品、流程和理念創(chuàng)新，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中不斷達(dá)到新的水平，并保持我們?cè)谛袠I(yè)中的領(lǐng)先地位。
In the past 30 years, we have rose from been a market rookie to the leader in the industry from just a retail store to 12 retails stores and two large distribution warehouses. Our commitment and determination through innovations of our products, processes and ideas was to approach a new level of competition in the industry and to maintain our lead in the industry.
我們通過(guò)前端運(yùn)營(yíng)管控、后端財(cái)務(wù)管控的模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)擴(kuò)展業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模的成績(jī)，凝練確立“環(huán)境和諧、經(jīng)營(yíng)穩(wěn)健、運(yùn)作規(guī)范、管理精細(xì)、發(fā)展創(chuàng)新”二十字經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念。
We adopted and designed fundamental strategies through front-end operation controls, back-end financial models to achieve results to expanding the business, established a “Harmonious environment, stable and standardized operations, refined management and high conceptual management innovation.”
這30年，我們的建材商品從基礎(chǔ)建材擴(kuò)充到上萬(wàn)種高貨值建材，業(yè)務(wù)范圍也擴(kuò)展到家居家電、鐵器加工、數(shù)碼業(yè)務(wù)等領(lǐng)域。
In the past 30 years, our building materials products have expanded from low-value basic building materials to tens of thousands of building materials, and our business scope has also expanded to home appliances, iron processing, digital business and other fields.

In the past 30 years, we have successfully transformed from full manual processing to digital operation, and achieved quality improvement and efficiency in digital inventory management, that we always strictly follow the modern procedures of stock monitoring and strict quality checking that represent our modernized FIFO (FIRST IN, FIRST OUT) to deliver always a high competitive quality building materials in affordable price that suits to all types of customers.
